Entry Requirements
When you come to the Cook Islands, a valid passport and a return ticket will allow you a stay of up to 31 days. Extensions may be granted on a monthly basis - for up to six months.
You must have sufficient funds for your maintenance and confirmed booking/payments and contact information of the accredited accommodation you intend to stay at, as camping is not permitted in the Cook Islands.

Getting Around
Regular flights link Rarotonga to Aitutaki. Scheduled air and ferry services operate
between the islands of Upolu and Savai'i in Samoa. The main roads are reasonably well maintained and rental cars, taxis, motorcycles and bicycles are available. Visitors may need to obtain a local drivers' licence for rental car and motorcycle hire. -
